释义	分手后对方寻死，当事人一般情况下不需要承担法律责任。但在特殊情况下可能会产生救助义务，若不救助，将承担相应责任。情侣关系并不是法律关系，双方分手与一方寻死之间也没有法律上的因果关系。《刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第十五条应当预见自己的行为可能发生危害社会的结果，因为疏忽大意而没有预见，或者已经预见而轻信能够避免，以致发生这种结果的，是过失犯罪。过失犯罪，法律有规定的才负刑事责任。
