事业编管理岗职级并行
释义
目前我国实行职级并行的范围只是县乡工作的公务员。实行的时间是2015年1月15日后在岗的。目的是提高和稳定基层的公务员队伍。事业编制的单位如果是参公单位，也是在县乡的单位，也是可以的。如果任职时间符合条件，但是女的是1960年1月15日以前出生，男的是1955年1月15日前出生就不行了。
