释义	法律分析: 如果你就是义务兵退役，要到异地落户的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国兵役法》第十一条退役士兵有下列情形之一的，可以易地安置：（一）服现役期间父母户口所在地变更的，可以在父母现户口所在地安置；（二）符合军队有关现役士兵结婚规定且结婚满2年的，可以在配偶或者配偶父母户口所在地安置；（三）因其他特殊情况，由部队师（旅）级单位出具证明，经省级以上人民政府退役士兵安置工作主管部门批准易地安置的。易地安置的退役士兵享受与安置地退役士兵同等安置待遇。
