释义	法律客观：《道路交通安全法实施条例》第24条机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分未达到12分，所处罚款已经缴纳的，记分予以清除；记分虽未达到12分，但尚有罚款未缴纳的，记分转入下一记分周期。机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分2次以上达到12分的，除按照第二十三条的规定扣留机动车驾驶证、参加学习、接受考试外，还应当接受驾驶技能考试。考试合格的，记分予以清除，发还机动车驾驶证；考试不合格的，继续参加学习和考试。接受驾驶技能考试的，按照本人机动车驾驶证载明的最高准驾车型考试。
